Job summary

New Patterns ABA FL is seeking caring, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. You will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy, collecting data, and supporting behavior intervention strategies while building positive relationships

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is preferred, not required.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Patience, empathy and a passion for helping others are important.
• Ability to stay organized, manage time, and follow through on responsibilities.
• Comfort working with diverse backgrounds and families.

Position Overview

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments
• Implement customized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies
• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
