Job summary

New Patterns ABA is seeking compassionate RBTs and Behavior Technicians to join our team, working directly with children and families in home and community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision and help clients develop essential life skills.

Responsibilities include collecting data, applying behavior intervention strategies, and building trusting relationships with families while growing professionally through ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy and a client-centered approach.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.

New Patterns ABA is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working directly with children and families while gaining hands‑on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing important life skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community-based settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Support the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required)
• Reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a client-centered approach
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and complete tasks accurately
• Ability to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
