New Patterns ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support young children diagnosed with autism in home-based settings across Virginia. You’ll work as part of a caring, collaborative team focused on growth for both children and staff.

The role offers a part-time schedule with flexible hours, opportunities to pursue BCBA supervision, and a supportive environment designed to help you develop clinically while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (college coursework preferred).
• Active RBT Certification.
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based ABA therapy directly to children and families in their natural environment (most often in the home).
• Teach essential communication, social, play, and daily living skills through fun, engaging, play-based activities.
• Receive ongoing training to ensure you feel confident and supported in delivering high-quality ABA services.
