Job summary

EzCare ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in Springfield, VA. This part-time role offers consistent afternoon and early-evening hours, immediate client placement, and a supportive clinical team to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, implement treatment plans, collaborate with families, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working with children and ABA is valued
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
