Era ABA Therapy – Virginia is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Under BCBA supervision, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community, or school settings to help children build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, and a supportive team. Active RBT certification and reliability are required; Virginia background checks must be passed.

Responsibilities
