Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism through evidence-based interventions at client locations across Maryland. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and work with BCBA/BCaBA teams to promote meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
