Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide evidence-based behavioral interventions for children with autism. You will collaborate with BCBAs/BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data.

We value compassion, reliability, and growth. Candidates must be 18+, hold a high school diploma, and be willing to travel to client locations; RBT certification should be obtained within 3 months if not currently certified.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years old or older to apply.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
