Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA in Maryland is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join a compassionate team. You will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, collect precise data, and support children and families to achieve meaningful progress.

In this role you’ll collaborate with BCBAs and BCaBAs, travel to client locations as needed, and maintain professionalism and timely communication. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
