Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and improve the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders.

As an RBT, you will work with BCBAs and BCaBAs, provide one-on-one therapy, collect data, and document treatment progress while supporting families with behavioral strategies.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years or older to apply.
• Have the ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
