Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA in the United States is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions that promote meaningful, lasting improvements in behavior for children with autism and related disorders.

As an RBT, you will work under supervision with BCBA/BCaBA, collect accurate data, submit session notes, and support families in following behavioral strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
