Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions that improve the lives of children with autism and related disorders. As an RBT with The Learning Tree ABA, you will support direct care in sessions and collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA teams to apply individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel to and between client locations
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned)
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate data as per company policies
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication
