Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA in Hyattsville, MD is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for children with autism. You will work closely with BCBAs and BCaBAs to carry out individualized treatment plans and collect data during sessions.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years or older to apply.
• Have the bility to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned)
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
