Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one or in group settings with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing Behavior Plans created by a BCBA to support skill development in communication, social interaction, play, self-help, and behavior management.
Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, 40-hour ABA training, ability to obtain ABA certification, CPR/First Aid, and 18+ years old.
Pay Rate: $20-22 Hourly

You’ll implement individualized Behavior Plans created by a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to support skill development in areas such as communication, social interaction, play, self-help, and behavior management.
