Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents. You will implement BCBA-developed plans and help clients build communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

You will promote positive behaviors, collect session data via a mobile app, and collaborate with BCBAs, families, and care teams. A strong emphasis on independence and meaningful milestones is central to this role.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using technology for documentation and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA therapy services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Some College Education/Credits preferred but not required
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using technology for documentation and data collection
• Basic life support certification required
