Job summary

Applied ABC provides home and center-based ABA therapy for children with autism across the United States. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who can work directly in homes under BCBA supervision.

The role involves implementing individualized behavioral plans and participating in staff training. The position focuses on in-home therapy with weekday and weekend availability, offering opportunities for career growth and ongoing professional development through experienced ABA

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Maintain weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data for progress tracking.
