Job summary

Applied ABC Georgia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes direct, one-to-one intervention in clients’ homes, with ongoing staff training and data collection.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year ABA experience, a BA or pursuing related education, and a valid RBT certification. Weekday and weekend availability is required to support families across Georgia.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education
• Valid RBT certification

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
