Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home settings, implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Flexible hours with part-time or full-time opportunities.

As an RBT you will collect data, collaborate with BCBAs and families, participate in team meetings, and help children reach their potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. A valid RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.

Requirements
