Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home, one-to-one ABA therapy for children with ASD under BCBA supervision. Flexible, part-time hours with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

As part of a collaborative team, you will collect accurate progress data, implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain strong communication with families and BCBAs. A valid RBT certification and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• Diploma or higher in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA

• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required

We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.
