Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This role involves 1:1 sessions with children, data collection, and collaboration with families to implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
