Job summary

Astro ABA seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home therapy team. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Flexible hours, part-time or full-time opportunities.

You will deliver ABA therapy, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to support skill development and safety in every session.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degrees in related fields preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.
