Job summary

Astro ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work 1:1 with children, collect data, and collaborate with families and a BCBA to implement treatment plans.

We offer flexible scheduling including part-time or full-time roles, ongoing training, and supervision from experienced BCBAs to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB
• HS diploma or higher in a related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and team members
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child

We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.
