Job summary

Astro ABA is a growing provider of in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and work 1:1 with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA.

Flexible hours, part-time or full-time opportunities, and ongoing training with supervisory support from experienced BCBAs are offered to help you grow professionally and make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degrees in psychology/education preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.
