Winsome Therapy Clinic in Billings, MT seeks a registered behavior technician (RBT) to deliver ABA services under supervision. You will work with children and others to implement individualized treatment plans in a clinic setting.
You will collect data, track progress, and report outcomes while providing direct 1:1 therapy and collaborating with a BCBA/BCaBA. A current RBT certification is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and reliability is essential.
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). The RBT works under the close supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, adolescents, or adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral needs. Services are provided in accordance with individualized treatment plans, insurance guidelines, and BACB ethical standards.
