Reaching Milestones is hiring an ABA Clinician in St. Marys, Georgia. The role involves working directly with children who have special needs to enhance their communication and behavioral skills through Applied Behavior Analysis.
This full-time position offers compensation ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, along with a one-time $500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and 401K matching after one year.
This is a direct service position that works one-on-one with children who have special needs. ABA Clinicians focus on increasing communication, social, and verbal behavior skills, as well as decreasing problem behavior, using the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This position reports to the Clinical and Administrative Leadership at the Clinic. This is a non-exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

The pay range for this role is $20–$25 per hour. In addition, this offer includes a one-time $500 sign-on bonus.

Required Education And Experience Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; company sponsored RBT Certification is required prior to working independently with a client (if not acquired prior).
Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field; experience applying ABA principles; experience working with children with special needs; RBT certification, Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Applied Behavior Analysis, and autism spectrum disorders.

This job operates in a professional, clinical environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers/tablets, phones, and photocopiers.
Services are primarily provided in a clinic-based setting, however occasional local travel may be required depending on patient need.
This is largely an active role. This would require the ability to bend, sit, stand, lift, walk, and diaper a child throughout the day. Lifting requirement range is 5-20 lbs. but may exceed 20 lbs. in some cases.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Business hours are 8 am – 5 pm. Work schedules may vary depending on location.
