Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Boulder, CO is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a K-12 caseload in a school setting. You will implement Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it before starting.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
• School-based or ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support to students.

• Support students with social, emotional, and communication skills.

About the Role

Hello, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) ! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support students in a K-12 school setting in Boulder, CO. In this role, you'll support students with behavioral and developmental needs by implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with school teams.
