Ampersand Therapy in Aurora, CO is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a K–12 school setting. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with school teams to support students with behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willing to obtain before start.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
• School-based or ABA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support.
• Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors.
• Support students' social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies.
