Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a K-12 school setting in Aurora, CO. In this role, you'll support students with behavioral and developmental needs by implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with school teams.

You'll work under BCBA supervision, provide 1:1 or small group support, and help students develop social and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Active RBT certification required or willingness to obtain prior to start.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
• School-based or ABA experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students.
• Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors.
• Support students with social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
