Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a K-12 school setting in Colorado Springs, CO. The role supports students with behavioral and developmental needs and follows individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
• School-based or ABA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students.
• Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors.
• Support students with social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
