Job summary

Compass International Holdings seeks a Workplace Operations & Facilities Manager to lead regional efforts ensuring Compass offices are productive and welcoming for clients and teams. You will manage facilities services, maintenance, leases, and vendor relationships across multiple offices.

As a strategic leader, you will drive expansion readiness, oversee budgets, and coordinate with third‑party providers while upholding safety and security protocols that protect people and assets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities or Workplace Operations management.
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing suppliers and contracts.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management.
• Familiarity in lease operations language and execution.
• Working knowledge of commercial MEP systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire and life safety, and electrical distribution.
• Excellent communication, organization and writing skills.
• Must be able to work independently or on a team.
• Proficiency in Zendesk.
• Willing to travel 25%–30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for regional teams and vendors within a portfolio. (30%)
• Develop a robust network of vendors of all trades who can service Compass International Holdings facilities when needed; manage vendor service contracts and monitor performance.
• Oversee post-lease and construction aspects of getting new expansion offices set up and ready for open before the first day of business, including all lease, equipment and service contracts.
• Act as a point of escalation for large facility maintenance emergencies.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the Workplace/Facilities budget.
• Oversee all property insurance claims and insurance claim related work.
• Manage approved project/CapEx budget as it relates to workplace operations and ensure vendor payment.
• Provide positive and prompt response to requests from the client and building tenants/occupants; ensure every office is equipped for in‑office excellence.
• Improve all processes, documentation, and system tools pertaining to building safety and security with third‑party security providers.
• Enforce health and safety plans, handbook regulations, and office practices onsite.
