Job summary

Foster Success in Indiana seeks a Workforce Consultant to expand its workforce readiness programs for teens and young adults transitioning from foster care. You will deliver training, facilitate classes, coordinate job experiences, and connect participants with employers and resources across Marion, Lake, and St.

Joseph counties. Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Program Delivery, maintain records, support program evaluation, and ensure equity and inclusion in all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by foster care, individuals from diverse backgrounds, or involved in the justice system.
• Demonstrated success in program implementation, service coordination, and attention to detail.
• Experience with diverse youth in ages 14-26 and creating inclusive environments.
• Ability to represent Foster Success with regional partners and travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workforce readiness training curriculum and manage class sessions.
• Provide career coaching and barrier navigation, assist with job search documents and mock interviews.
• Assist in building and maintaining Salesforce data for participant outcomes and records.
