Job summary

Foster Success in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Program Coordinator to advance its mission by guiding a continuum of programs for teens and young adults transitioning from foster care. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, manage intake, disburse funds, and support participants with financial well-being and personal stability.

This full-time, in-person role reports to the Assistant Director of Program Delivery and offers potential hybrid or remote work after onboarding, with emphasis on equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by foster care, individuals from diverse backgrounds, or involved in the justice system.
• Experience in program implementation, service coordination, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with teens and young adults across varied strengths and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of program offerings and fund distributions.
• Serve as primary contact for participants and support resource connections related to financial well-being.
• Maintain accurate records in systems (e.g., Salesforce) and support data collection/analysis.
• Process payments and monitor budgets with third-party vendors.
