Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages a caseload of participants and provides work readiness counseling and mentoring.
• Conducts regular ongoing individual meetings with participants for job search, education, job retention, and/or job readiness.
• Prepares, organizes, and maintains accurate participant files.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated customer service skills

Familiarity with the communities being served

Education

Associate’s degree from an accredited university or college

12 months of related work experience
