Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Regional Operations Systems Manager to oversee warehouse management systems across multiple sites and accounts. The role requires on-site presence with significant travel and will drive system configurations, upgrades, testing, and process improvements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop training, and collaborate with operations and IT to implement enhancements while maintaining SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain or related field.
• Experience leading WMS implementations and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Configure systems in Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP, and related platforms.
• Provide technical support and develop test scenarios, including UAT and project plans.
• Integrate WMS with other systems and TMS to ensure seamless data flow.
