Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Regional Lead WMS Systems Specialist to own end-to-end A&I delivery for a global GCM client. You will translate client demand into structured work packages, oversee regional engineers, manage changes, and ensure adherence to global A&I standards across time zones.

You will serve as the single point of contact for A&I topics, coordinate cross-regional activities, and drive continuous improvement aligned with global strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, supply chain, or related field.
• 7+ years in WMS implementation, application & integration management, or supply chain systems delivery.
• 3+ years in a client-facing or account management capacity in logistics or supply chain tech.
• Hands-on experience with WMS platforms (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Oracle WMS, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to manage change requests end-to-end: intake, scoping, prioritization, delivery oversight.
• Strong project management & organizational skills; familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project.
• External-facing SPOC for a global enterprise account; senior-level stakeholder communication.
• Cross-regional coordination with time zones and geographies.
• Knowledge of global A&I standards, governance, and change processes.

Responsibilities

• Own creation and maintenance of application and integration standards for the GCM client.
• Ensure A&I deliverables follow global standards, templates, and processes.
• Validate alignment with global change processes and cross-regional frameworks.
• Promote compliance with global standards and act as guardian of technical consistency.
• Serve as the SPOC for all A&I topics for the GCM account team globally.
• Consolidate A&I demand and ensure prioritization and structured response.
• Provide oversight to A&I engineers: designs, integration specs, and testing strategies.
• Coordinate cross-region alignment of demand, resources, and timelines.
• Consolidate business demand into actionable A&I work packages and manage capacity.
