Job summary

Blue Link Wireless is seeking a District Manager - Area Sales Leader to oversee 5–10 stores and drive sales performance. You will coach store leaders, recruit talent, ensure operational standards, and partner with HR, Operations, and Marketing to grow the local market.

This role requires 2+ years of telecom leadership, willingness to travel, and a commitment to delivering a superior customer experience across our AT&T authorized retail network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of multi-unit management in telecommunications leadership experience.
• AT&T experience strongly preferred.
• Proven record of leading retail sales teams in a competitive environment.
• Effective communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
• Must work 50+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Frequent travel between stores with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire Store Leaders to exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Visit each location regularly to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain compliance with AT&T and Blue Link Wireless standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier talent; build bench strength.
• Partner with HR, Operations, and Marketing to drive local market growth.
• Analyze business trends and execute plans delivering measurable results.
• Support new hire training and performance reviews.
