Treasury Wine Estates is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales execution across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas. You will manage a team of sales professionals, cultivate distributor partnerships, and drive market share growth for a premium wine portfolio.

Location: Texas-based preferred. The role requires regular travel throughout the assigned region and a track record of building credible relationships with trade accounts and customers while delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership in wine, beverage alcohol, or consumer packaged goods.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
• Deliver sales, distribution, depletion, and market share goals in the region.
• Build relationships with distributor leadership, distributor sales teams, and trade accounts.
• Develop and execute market plans focusing on high-impact opportunities.
• Drive distributor performance against distribution, pricing, promotions, and execution standards.
• Lead market activations, wine dinners, trainings, and customer events to build brand awareness and sales.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and actions.
