Bonterra Organic Estates in Texas seeks a District Manager to grow the VCT-USA portfolio across off premise and on premise channels in the Greater Houston area, with periodic visits to Oklahoma.

This role is sales‑and activation‑focused, driving performance, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting commercial growth through effective communication and on‑the‑ground execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years progressive wine/spirits sales and account management.
• Knowledge of on- and off-premise wine channels and trade.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow distribution and market activation for VCT-USA in Greater Houston.
• Build retailer and distributor relationships to drive share of mind.
• Execute brand programs, manage budgets and coordinate market activities.
• Provide market recaps and track pricing and program compliance.
