Reyes Beverage Group in Houston, TX seeks a Sales Associate to achieve monthly sales goals, grow new accounts, and maintain established distribution. This role involves executing promotions at retail, coordinating displays and POS materials, and driving product visibility in-store.

The position requires 1–3 years of related experience or 4–5+ years with a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1–3 years of related experience, or GED with 4–5+ years.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable automobile, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly, up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly objectives and expand distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail with pricing and promotions, coordinating displays and POS materials, events and other opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize freshness and shelf impact.
• Other duties as assigned.
