Coulter Services is seeking a District Manager to grow and maintain a portfolio of wines across the territory in Illinois. You will develop market relationships across the three-tier system and train distributor personnel, representing the brand portfolio regionally.

The role drives sales through trade accounts and consumers via education, market activities, and relationship building, with essential duties including events, programming, and collaborating with distributors to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years wine industry experience.
• Passion and knowledge of wine, especially Italian varieties.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and occasional trips to Italy or HQ.

Responsibilities

• Present brands at sales meetings and events.
• Assist with brand programming and business reviews.
• Collaborate with distributors to meet sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Conduct sales calls and build relationships with trade partners.
