Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking a District Manager to grow a wine portfolio across the Chicago territory. You will build relationships with three-tier system partners, train distributor personnel, and represent brands to raise awareness and drive sales.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in wine sales, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel, including international trips to Italy and to the corporate HQ as needed. Weekend work and lifting up to 35 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wine industry sales.
• Must reside within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with distributors through brand presentations, event activations, and business reviews to meet sales goals.
• Monitor inventory levels to support market needs.
• Conduct sales calls to trade accounts, build and maintain relationships, identify new opportunities, and host consumer events.
• Collaborate with distributor sales teams to align with sales priorities.
• Develop wine knowledge, identify growth opportunities, and communicate effectively across teams.
