Job summary

TerraForm Power in the United States is seeking a Regional Operations/BOP Manager, Wind to lead a portfolio of wind assets. You will drive safety, operational performance, and budget execution across multiple sites, with oversight of Balance of Plant infrastructure and capital projects.

This role reports to the Sr. Director Operations and requires travel across the region, collaboration with Asset Management, Engineering, and HSSE teams, and a strong track record in wind O&M and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is required.
• Minimum 7+ years in renewable energy, power generation, or industrial operations.
• Direct experience in wind O&M and managing multi-site operations.
• Familiarity with OSHA and NERC regulatory requirements.
• Proven budget, forecasting, and financial performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation of multiple wind facilities within the region to meet strategy and financial targets.
• Drive safety culture and ensure regulatory and company standards compliance.
• Oversee outages, maintenance planning, and asset management coordination.
• Develop regional maintenance strategies for substations and high‑voltage systems.
• Coordinate with Asset Management, Engineering, HSSE, and Commercial teams.
• Manage contractor performance and capital project execution.
• Travel 30–50% across the region.
