Enbridge is seeking a Regional Manager, Wind Operations to oversee a portfolio of wind-generation assets across North America, driving operational excellence and safety, and guiding growth of the renewable energy portfolio.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with engineering, asset management, safety, and supply chain teams, and the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and capital initiatives with a focus on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related technical discipline.
• Eight+ years in wind/renewables operations or ten+ years in field operations.
• Experience leading multi-site wind assets and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, reliable operation of regional wind facilities and promote safety culture.
• Coach Plant Managers and site leaders across dispersed operations.
• Drive maintenance, outage planning, contractor oversight, and performance improvements.
