Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years leadership experience in power generation, renewables, utilities, or industrial operations.
• 10+ years field operations experience or equivalent mix.
• Experience leading multi-site wind operations or similar assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, reliable operation of regional wind facilities and promote a safety-first culture.
• Coach Plant Managers and site leaders across geographically dispersed operations.
• Drive maintenance execution, outage planning, contractor management, and performance improvements.
• Manage operating budgets, forecasting activities, resource allocation, and vendor performance.
• Partner with Engineering, Asset Management, Safety, Environment, and Supply Chain to optimize asset reliability.
• Support integration and readiness of new wind assets and transitions to operations.
• Champion continuous improvement and major capital initiatives across the portfolio.
