Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Regional Manager, Wind Operations to lead a regional portfolio of wind facilities, driving safe, reliable operations and continuous improvement. The role focuses on coaching site leaders, optimizing maintenance, and coordinating with Engineering, Asset Management, Safety, and Supply Chain to achieve performance goals.

The position requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and experience managing budgets and major capital initiatives across dispersed locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
• 8+ years' progressive leadership experience in power generation, renewables, utilities, or industrial operations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and maintenance for wind or similar assets.
• Strong safety management, regulatory compliance, and contractor oversight experience.
• Experience with operating budgets, forecasting, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, reliable operation of a regional wind portfolio with a strong safety culture.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Plant Managers and site teams.
• Drive maintenance, outage planning, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage operating budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and contractor performance.
• Partner with Engineering, Asset Management, Safety, Environment, and Supply Chain to optimize reliability.
• Support integration of new wind assets for readiness and compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement and major capital initiatives across the portfolio.
