Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Regional Manager, Wind Operations to lead a regional portfolio of wind generation assets, driving safe, reliable operations and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business or related technical discipline with 8+ years of experience or 10+ years of field operations.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership in power generation, renewables, utilities, or industrial operations.
• Experience leading multi-site wind operations and maintenance activities.
• Proven ability to lead through leaders, develop high-performing teams, and build accountability across dispersed locations.
• Strong knowledge of safety management, regulatory compliance, contractor oversight, and field operations.
• Experience managing operating budgets, forecasting, vendor relationships, and business performance metrics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and change leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of a regional portfolio of wind facilities, promoting a safety-first culture.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Plant Managers and site leadership teams across dispersed operations.
• Drive operational excellence through maintenance execution, outage planning, contractor management, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage operating budgets, forecasting activities, resource allocation, and contractor/vendor performance to meet objectives.
• Partner with Engineering, Asset Management, Safety, Environment, Supply Chain and others to optimize asset reliability and performance.
• Support integration of new wind assets ensuring readiness, regulatory compliance, and smooth transition to operations.
• Champion continuous improvement, asset optimization, reliability programs, and major capital initiatives.
