Job summary

Constellation Energy Corporation is hiring a Regional Wind O&M Manager to lead daily wind fleet operations and maintenance across our regional sites. You will drive budget planning, outage scheduling, and coordination with interconnect entities and trading desks to ensure reliable performance.

The role requires coordinating with onsite contractors, resolving reliability issues, and maintaining strong safety and regulatory compliance across wind assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a power plant.
• Associate's degree with 7 years' experience in a power plant.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of experience.
• Experience with electrical power generation, transmission, motors/generators, or process controls discipline codes and standards.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of wind power regional fleet.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and outage coordination.
• Coordinate scheduling with interconnect entity and trading desk.
• Identify and resolve reliability issues and implement improvements.
• Manage onsite contractors with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ensure compliance with Wind Operations and Maintenance requirements.
• Maintain safety and regulatory standards across the region.
