Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Regional Wind O&M Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance of its wind power regional fleet in the United States. You will manage budgets, outages, and scheduling with interconnect entities and trading desks, while supervising onsite contractors and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires coordinating problem resolution, uptime improvement, and procedural documentation across wind assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a power plant.
• Associate's degree with 7 years' experience in a power plant.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of experience.
• Experience with electrical power generation, transmission, motors/generators, or process controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure wind turbines are maintained safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor wind turbine towers for maintenance quality and implement improvements.
• Respond to nontraditional hours for maintenance and outages; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Utilize Work Order Management Process and write maintenance procedures.
• Oversee high voltage switching safely and in compliance with LOTO program.
• Develop operating procedure changes to optimize turbine performance and document processes.
• Perform other duties as needed per company policy.
