Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Renewable Operations to oversee the operations and maintenance of multiple renewable energy centers in the northeast and Canada. The role is remote, based in New York state, with significant travel and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, driving employee engagement, and developing maintenance strategies to maximize turbine availability.

Qualifications

10+ years in engineering/operations with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
Knowledge of CMMS and O&M practices.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Willing to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage operations and maintenance of multiple renewable energy centers in the northeast and Canada.
Interface with EHS to ensure employee safety and wellbeing.
Develop and implement operational philosophies and procedures aligned with company culture and mission.
Collaborate with Asset Management on annual operating budgets.
Recruit, select and train operating and administrative personnel within the region.
Complete regular visits and audits of wind energy centers.
