Job summary

PetroCard, Inc. is seeking a Wholesale Unbranded Fuel Sales Executive to grow and manage its unbranded fuel customer portfolio across the Pacific Northwest, including Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

This role owns pricing conversations through delivery and invoicing, reporting to the Director of Supply & Distribution. The ideal candidate has strong market awareness, commercial instincts and the discipline to price, deliver and bill accurately, while protecting margins and growing volume.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of wholesale fuel sales or related role.
• Knowledge of ULSD, gasoline and renewable fuels pricing and operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with high-volume unbranded buyers and regional distributors.
• Communicate spot pricing daily and discuss market movements to win orders.
• Develop account plans and identify opportunities to grow share with existing customers.
• Coordinate pricing, delivery, and invoicing with dispatch and back-office teams.
• Forecast demand and collaborate with Supply & Distribution on planning and margins.
• Review invoices to ensure pricing matches quotes and communications.
