Job summary

Spire is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth across EMEA and APAC and drive adoption of our forecast data, APIs, and decision-support solutions. You will own a large territory, build lasting client relationships, and lead consultative, value-based selling across weather and earth intelligence ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales, business development, or account management selling data products, SaaS, or APIs.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of weather/climate markets or digital transformation into data-driven sectors.
• Consultative, value-based selling with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory plan across EMEA and APAC to drive revenue.
• Exceed quotas through disciplined prospecting, qualification, and full-cycle deals.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across weather, climate, and earth intelligence.
• Sell consultatively, identifying pain points and proposing tailored data-based solutions.
• Develop product expertise to communicate value to technical and executive audiences.
• Deliver compelling proposals and responses to tenders with clear value propositions.
• Lead negotiations on terms and pricing to close deals reliably.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Monitor market trends to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
